Today, our all-natural ice cream bears
his name and every small batch of homegrown, handcrafted & heartfelt
ice cream is a celebration of his memory and a continuing partnership that we carry with the local farmers of our communities.
Our story begins in the hottest city in the Philippines.
A father and a lawyer affectionately called Papa Diddi prepared home-made ice cream from the bountiful harvest of the farmers he counseled.
For many summers, he hand-churned ice cream for his six children, taking special care to create a treat that could best convey the love that he had for his family.
