Our story begins in the hottest city in the Philippines.
A father and a lawyer affectionately called Papa Diddi prepared homemade ice cream from the bountiful harvests of the farmers he counseled.
For many summers, he hand churned ice cream for his six children,
taking special care to create a treat that could best convey the love that he had for his family.
Today, our all-natural ice cream bears his name and every small batch of
homegrown, handcrafted & heartfelt
ice cream is a celebration of his memory and a continuing partnership that we carry
with the local farmers of our communities.
